A: Not a problem! Please e-mail us your order change at info@topdownplanner.com and reference your order ID #. 

 

Q: I already ordered but I would like to add additional planners. How do I do that?

A: Not a problem! Please e-mail us your order change at info@topdownplanner.com and a separate invoice will be e-mailed to you for the order changes. 

 

Q: I would like to return my Top·Down Planner order. What do I do?

A: We accept returns for merchandise in original condition within 30-days of purchase. Please email info@topdownplanner.com to process a return.
